Embroidery is perfect if you desire to create unique gifts or design your own personalized garments. Allow your personality to be flawlessly astounding and adorn your pieces with embroidered details. Embroidered garments are a communicative “Medium of Expression” of the wearer.
Unlike ink print, embroidered detailing is long-lasting and does not wash out nor fade. It is a part of the material and provides a more luxurious appearance.
We pride ourselves on being a “Boutique” embroidery service provider. Therefore, we limit our production volume to smaller batches which allows us to focus on the details of your distinctive designs.
Tembo Creations, LLC offers professional and quality custom embroidery on products provided by you or supplied by us. We listen to you. This is truly a TEAM effort.

Embroidery Process

Digitizing
The process of converting artwork or images into stitch files requires the use of specialized computer software. Tembo Creations, LLC will work diligently to provide you with the images that you have envisioned. If you provide an image file, please use SVG, JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, or DST formats.
Process Steps
Customer completes “Request for Quote” form. Please include details including design size, colors, item description and type, design placement location, turnaround time, and any other information which will convey the essence of your vision. All instructions must be provided in writing. Please provide your image, if available.
After the review of the request by our staff (for production suitability), we will provide a price quote.
After the price quote is accepted by the customer (in writing), we will use digital design software to bring the art to life. An initial draft of the digitized image will be sent via email for review.
Upon approval of the initial draft of the digitized image. A professional photo of the design stitch out will provided via email.
AFTER final approval of the final embroidery design has been provided by the customer (in writing), a 50% deposit will be required prior to the beginning of production.
The beautifully embroidered items will be shipped AFTER the receipt of the final payment balance.
